RE

Religious Education (RE) supports children to become respectful, reflective and thoughtful citizens, who appreciate that everybody has their own set of beliefs and values which shape how they live and that these may differ from their own.

Our curriculum encourages children to ask and reflect on challenging questions and provides opportunities for personal reflection where children can explore their own ideas and ways of living in a safe and supportive environment.

We follow ‘The Gloucestershire Agreed Syllabus’ and use the 'Understanding Christianity' approach and resources to support the delivery of our curriculum.
